Hi all, basically have replaced both air springs with genuine on saturday night (new ones!) and the back is still dropping over night. I have checked the joints on the air bags and the joints on the valves and there is no air leaks (checked with leak detector). When i start it up it pumps ur straight away, 5-10 secs its fully pumped back up again.
So any ideas, im really stuck as to where to go now.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, had a similar problem it was leaking back through the gave block where the plugs are. Worth disconnecting the three plugs and spraying valve with water etc to determine leak, I did the same as you checked, changed the bags and that's what it ended up being

you should rule out if it's a leak or management issue first... for that you can let it with battery disconnected over night if it's in a safe place or unplug the valve connectors in the compressor housing(they have clips at the bottom)...if it drops this way too you must insist to find the leak, if it doesnt drop it's management issue most likely a sensor playing up

i meant electric plugs as the valves to not get feed to rule out the management issue cos as long as those valves are closed and no chance of getting feed the air has no way out without a leak if you see what i mean

No, there's three 2 pin electrical plugs in the compressor housing on the valve block, they require disconnecting for both th check I said about and the check sierrafery said about, yes unfortunately I had to replace as I couln find a seal kit for it

I recently had the same problem and it was the valve block leaking, only found out after I had changed both the air bags, expensive lesson eh?

Right chaps, it is the bloody valve block leaking, i pumped it right up, and left it over night also unplugged the valves, still flat on the floor. Got back from work tonight, pumped it right up and sprayed leak detector on valve block and left it for 10/15 mins and there is loads of bubbles from between the connector and the pipe to the airbag, by feel i think there is a little notch or cutout its leaking from. Next question are the valves servicable ie. seal kit or is it just replace. If its replace then does anyone have any for sale?
Thanks for your help so far.
