Having this done on a 52 reg TD4. Someone mentioned It might be an idea to have the clutch done at the same time in case its been contaminated by brake fluid. Is this advisable?

Hi m8,
yes get it all done at the same time as the labour cost are not going to be alot more as the slave cylinder is right next to the clutch.Engine has to be dropped to do the cylinder as it does for the clutch, and you really dont want to be going there again in 6 months time.Try not to go to LR dealer, shop around, big saveings can be made if you use the right fitter.:)

Thanks Mate, yeah Ill be having them both done, as you say , not worth waiting 6 months and paying again.
