Hi guys
Well after fitting my new voltage regulator both me and son andy looked at both exhaust's that we had the old but nearly new 2.5TD one and the new 200TDI one we bought this week that andy fitted but with a straight through pipe but without the rear exhaust fitted as we needed to decide what we was doing with it and whilst we was deciding this week andy got a quote from an exhaust place to make up a solid but shaped rear section to come out of the rear wing and they quoted us £95 to do this and we had to cut the hole aswell so we looked at both exhaust's and decided to do it our selves as we found out that if we cut 4 slots in the piece off the new rear TDI silencer with flang to join the new straight through pipe that was joining a piece we chopped off the old TD rear section we could join together and we would have a solid exhaust instead of using flexi pipe and it looks great and sounds good too.
will post pic's later
