Series One steering swivel.

Anyone know if they can be re-chromed or can new ones be purchased, also what are the common problems with the early 2.0 petrol engine and where do we go about converting it to run on lead free, I hope to hear from anyone one that knows, and any info will be greatly appreciated, thankyou very much.
