I have a 1977 Series 3 which i purchased a few years ago, it was a true farmers wagon full of shot gun shells and held together with tape and twine etc. Over the last few years i have been going through most components and rebuilding them.

As you can imagine the chassis was shot, after blasting i replaced both out riggers, front dumb irons, patched the transmission cross member and completely replaced the rear half chassis.
The same applied to the bulk head, both foot wells and door pillars needed replacing.
Axles and swivels etc were fully rebuilt with all new bearings seals and gaskets.
As this project has been dragged out over the last few years, i have had several phones and lost the majority of the photos, so we will now jump to a few years progress to where i am now.
