just use a cheap diaphragm pump to transfer fuel from your td5 tank into your main tank at the flick of a switch and viccy vircy
That wouldn't really help filling would it? That's my only problem.
The pollak switchover valve thingy works great

Ahhh I misred, sounded like the tank was in the loadspace! :confused2:
Could put the filler inside the load space maybe in the corner of one of the arches where the rear lights are. Though your best bet as mentioned would to fit a second external filler where it usually goes on a TD5.

you could fill up your normal tank and have the pump running to pump it into the secondary tank. Then pump it back into the main tank as / when.
Bodge solution to be fair but at least it gets it working
you can get a secondary filler which replaces one of the rear quarter panel windows. I cant remember who makes em.
How about this? Cut a hole in the body and fit

Look fine I think!
happy to help! Its nice to talk to someone about all the little bits that get on your nerves lol.
No clue mate should be the same, if not should be able to buy the Td5 hose to fit as well.
That I cannot help with!
use a good quality allen key - cheap ones will just round off the head.
I think the correct size allen key would be a good start!
yeah generally that helps.
