If your have oversteer or understeer then your speed is exceeding your grip, so in a way it is to do with speed. You just need to find out why!

My first port of call would be tyre pressures and condition, then suspension and loading.

Well it twas two skidders actually , no great story ,i was testing the freelander brakes out to see if abs was working correct then thought i would pull up hand brake at speed thats when i got two skid marks , had to change ma thunders. . .:D
 
Yeah, I thought it was going to be a story of following through too ;)
Cracking story though, really it was!
 
if you wont to **** your self do 50 in a series and slam your breaks on and see iff you stop befor you hit the car in front
