oooh where ya bin pikey, big fascia job on was it
No big welding job. Nu cross member on me disco on account of the arse end been rotten. Brought new welder, welded up N/S chassis leg where it had gone 4" each side of the towbar/tiedown tubing. Fitted 80mm x 40mm x 3mm box section full width of disco made new brackets and got em welded up, welded 3/4 of the bottom section of the old crossmember to the new box section and the fecking welder died. & to cheer me up Screwfix informed me that I'd brought the last of those welders that they had & It'd cost me another £50 to get another one of em. So no £50 to spend, no welder uk an half welded rear crossmember!!
