Right...what a great day!!!

Who got done by Salisbury plain mud?
Me and fat boy started to overheat on the bill after Solcistice services and by the time we Stoped on the layby his 90 was ****ing steam..

Got a hand from someone I can't remember, btw do use a brush to get mud off the rad, and we limped home, but drove past a few land rovers caked in mud and bonnet open..

By the time we got to Andover we had to stop again at Shell and this time give the rads a proper wash...

All in all, a great day out

I've just started uploading pics so here's some landy porn for you while I upload the offroading pics.:p:p:p

The Salisbury plains mud once again took its toll on my Landy. Carried on losing power all the way home, quite unusual to be overtaken by peeps towing caravans. Hopefully a good jet wash will have it back to full power. Thanks to everyone who turned up, special thanks to Defenderdog & Disco for being complete noobs but willing to have a go at anything.

Thanks for a top day out everyone, and nice to finally meet you all... Good to pop my off-road cherry at last, and discover my beast is alot more capable than I gave it credit for...

Cheers S71 for leading our group... And thanks to everyone who helped me out fixing my blown rad hose, in particular jamesmartin for lending me some screwdrivers 'cos I'd lost mine! Still overheated like a good'un on the way home, but got home in one piece in the end thanks to another jubilee clip scrounge from Vinniejb... Who got trailered home by the AA in the end I think!

Yep, big thanks to BB for leading our group and all the leaders for pulling everything together. Lovely cake 110W and thanks to my missus for the other cake :D

Shame Bucky trashed in mud, it tasted good....

Thanks to all involved in what has turned out to be a very successful days laning and cake eating - I'm not much of a cake eater but I gotta say Mrs Snifflebags chocolate cake is to die for! :)

Now just starting to wonder if I should maybe get mothballed plans for Chip Run II off the back burner and into action ;)
