Im in the process of upgrading my suspnsion and im after some new springs..iv got +2" terrafirma mediums on..my local store no longer does tf but they do stock ****part..so whats peoples opinions..

id also looked at going higher 3 maybe 4" but cant seem to find any anywhere anybody reccomend anywhere?

My disco has front n rear winch, heavy duty rear bumper lsills and sliders and will soon have a cage so will medium still be ok or would I be better goi g for heavy duty..if so what are they like on articulation?

Cheers

I can recommend the britpart heavy duties as well, fitted loads of sets no problem, even got them on my disco 1 and that rides very nice,
As said won't work well for articulation

Hmmm its mainly for off road so articulation would need t Pl. Be a big part...cant go to light as car would be too heavy for it...hmmm may just spend the extra 100 and go for tf

id imagine you do but dont know it, its not just cheap pattern they sell the yellow springs ive had years of good experience with with many customers

I've used a couple of sets of the yellow +40mm springs and had no issues, the super gaz shocks on the other hand are rubbish!

just yours or all sets ?procomp were the shocker that broke regulary at one time, personally ive found them very good for the price and for what most do with their vehicles ,though h/d suspension isnt suitable for articulation its designed to restrict it

I've mentioned it before somewhere else, but I got my springs from extreme 4x4.
Tell them what lift you want, what you've got on the disco, and what you want to use it for, and they'll send you what you need.

I've been very impressed with mine.
I think they were about £40 each.

I had some bp super gaz yellows and matching springs, the lasted me a few months before they sagged and the shocks were shot. On the other hand i know folk who have used them with no bother. Personally i swear by the bearmach blues and pro comps. Been on a couple of years and ive had no issues with them, they handle great aswell for a flying brick.
