Ha ha. Good one that. If I remember rightly any police officer from humble beat Bobby to the top commander can arrest any royal member below the rank of queen even Phil the Greek. As long as the police wearing his hat and denoted badge and warrant card. Because of the crown the police report and reply to the Queen.
Like in the forces we salute the commission officer who represents the crown
