i'll see if can squeeze some time to get to toolstation tomorrow, but realistically i probably wont have the time

well i tried heating and release oil and cycling the two, still wont budge and my ez out has lost its edge from the inside, the torque on the ez-out was visible and didnt want to shear that off. i'll take into an engineering place on monday have them drill it out.

The Guhring drill bit i have that is the right size is unfortunately worn though the smaller sizes went through the stuck bolt like butter and the HSS drill bits offered for retail are frankly cr@p and do about 1mm before blunting.

After the heat cycles those bolts have been through over the years they'll be hard as diamond. Been there before! Need a decent tungsten carbide or similar coated drill tip.

Finished up the head gasket change it is running so smoothly now it's like night and day compared to before..

It's on a multipoint LPG system so of course the coil packs are completely inaccessible.

I had a misfire shortly after I had the heads off for a skim and new gaskets. Where I'd been moving the injector harness about I'd broken one of the (terribly) soldered joints where the LPG had been installed. I found it by letting the LPG kick in and unplugging the injector plug - no change to how it ran or sounded. Stripped back the loom tape and found the break.
