Would these fit ok on a wolf defender, the tank is under the drivers seat, I am looking at the ones where you remove the bottom seals.

No idea, you don' say which ones you are planning on getting so it's pot luck question really.

I am looking at the one with the round bar that pushes into the round hollow bar on the chassis and then bolts onto the bulkhead bolt. I think that side of things is ok its the diesel tank that sits under the drivers seat, is that going to be in the way.

no issues with my DEF 300tdi , Not sure if that helps you

I have fitted off the shelf rocksliders to my wolf 90 without issues
