I'd second the use of high temp adhesive to do the roof. First one I did I used normal evostick but it sagged after a couple of months and I had to do it again.
Haha yea. Well if I ever do a clutch again it's definitely engine out job. Much easier imo.
Goodnight luck anyways.
Cheers. Definitely looks a lot better than it did. The trim may get the paint treatment tbh. But planning on boarding out the back to store stuff. Mainly spares, tools and off road gear. Oh and of course something so I can brew up
Can't remember exactly how much material I used but I had quite a bit. Have a fair bit left over so may attempt the non abs dash next as the current one is peeling up by the windscreen.
Ha ha yep I'll probably agree with you once I've done it this way!
I'm gonna have to find some fabric and give it a go myself I think. Also wanna kit out the back for off roading and mobile tea making facilities sound great lol.
So what's the different between abs and non abs dash?
Loving the seat covers, need to get some for my Scooby seats in mine.
Haha yea definitely needs brewing up facilities. can't go more than a few hours without a decent brew
Go for it mate the headlining looks so much nicer. Definitely a nicer place to be now. Just need to upgrade the crappy lighting now.
Er..... I meant non airbag dash....... Fecking autocorrect bollocks on me phone doing that. Then I can rip out all the associated gubbins and chuck it in the bin. Along with the air conditioning. Thats going in the bin too. Abs already has so may aswell save some more weight
And yea the seat covers definitely look good. Well pleased with them and easier to slide in and out of the seat too.
Ah yes need brews on the road, always carry a flask in the lorry Thinking of fitting a sheet of checker plate to the boot checker plate on hinges and chains. Flip down table.

Now your just showing off but yep exactly like that!
I got a chequer plate door card but need to make the fold down bit yet........ Will get round to it one day
Yep!
Dead easy, trace around it, cut it, add hinges and paint.
Definitely gonna use your paracord idea though the bloody things got enough annoying rattles as it is I don't want to add to it
Ah just looked at the photos again, metal grab handle on wing nuts. Take them off, lift table up and reattach.
Best I order a second door checker plate then.
Clever, very clever!
