They used to be the reference tyre of choice about 7 years ago. Still good in my opinion as a general all rounder.

@1988smithy I did have a look at the conti's and they look good and seem well regarded, will have to see prices
@bankz5152 hi matey, yeah I always thought I would go for them but they are more all terrain by the looks of the tread than a road (correct me if I'm wrong) so I thought they'd be noisier than a dedicated road tyre, interested to hear your thoughts on that though!

Coopers are shíte. I had a set which I was happy with until one blew out from a bulge in the middle of the tread. I've seen a lot of bad reviews since and any tyre fitters I've spoken to since, don't rate them either.
