Probably from one of those well-known mechanical geniuses - a frenchman...;)
No, off an English guy in France on FB Marketplace, had been on for a fortnight, I'm a marine mechanic, but don't really know automatic transmissions, so thought it was worth a gamble at that price.

Another recommendation for Marketplace like Grumpy lovingly said

If it was an auto with free shipping, I might be interested in it as a parts car. From your pics, its obviously in far worse condition than my F1 parts car heap, but there must be some decent bits on it.

How did you ever pass a driving test? You're not an Uber driver by chance?
I blame the wife

I take it, it was in better condition when you took it over. You married the wrong sister :D
We’ve had it 10 years and yes we were lucky to get it off my sis in law at the price we did and they have regretted it since as have been through many cars since and had problem after problem.

Its a bit of a snotter on the bodywork, plus the mechanical issues. I'd ask 750 or set a reserve of £500 and see how far an auction goes. Scrap man would give you about £500 on a good day

It’s on eBay and market place so see how it goes.
