Reverse led light

I have recently upgraded my lights on my 90 now the reverse light does not work correctly. The one center light comes on and none of the others. I have replaced it again with a second new light but same again. I'm presuming its an earth issue but don't know what to do next. Any advice would be appreciated

First thing to check with any LED light is the wiring connections as they are polarity conscious (is that the correct spelling???).
Even if there are only red & black wires present it is not unknown for them to be the wrong way around, very quick & easy to check.

I have swapped wires and its clear inhave them correct as one does not work and other way I get the middle light only but thank you for advice
