retro fit remote locking........

I have a aftermarket remote locking kit, it activates the locking and unlocking with either a negative pulse or positive to the central locking relay.......

Can i use this on my 93 200tdi....

If so whuch colour wires do i need to splice into.....

Zombie thread I know but this thread suggests it’s single wire locking on the pink wire- this right?

No, the lock/unlock motors have two wires pink and orange and they lock or unlock according to the polarity, lock = pink+/orange - ... unlock = pink-/orange+

Zombie thread again... I’ve tried this wiring diagram with the white and white/black wires connecting to the pink and orange ones but it doesn’t work- any ideas?

Hook a multimeter to those two wires and see if you get reverting voltage on lock/unlock commands... if you dont then something is wrong with your setup or with the unit, if you get voltage and the motor doesnt react then it's fubar(provided you connected to the proper pink and orange wires which are for the door motors
