Are you sure it's remapped for Eu2? what's the fuel tune and config ID?
Not totally sure, here is the fuel tune and config ID from the nanocom

I will switch back to the MSB ECU later to check the Air Pressure again but pretty sure it's the AAP sensor at this point.

Also I've found this info online

THROTTLE
ACCEL. WAY 1 - about 0.3V with the pedal released, about 4.7V with pedal to the maximum position
ACCEL. WAY 2 - about 4.7V with the pedal released, about 0.3V with pedal to the maximum position
ACCEL. WAY 3 – this track must have values very near to the second track.(only 15P-16P engines)
ACCEL. SUPPLY – this value must stay between 4.9 - 5.1
• an up to +0.5V for WAY 1 and -0.5V for WAY 2 are accepted

But mine looks like this with pedal released

And this with pedal to the floor (vehicle turn off, key on)

The throttle readings are relevant only while driving and the limit values are under heavy load you'll have to save an inputs fuelling log on SD card from a drive then we'll speak but for now i can tell you to not buy an AAP sensor based on the reading from the NNN ECU cos that one is not mapped for Eu2 and the Eu3 sensor has different input so it's normal to not have accurate reading for that, the list for Eu3 maps is here(only a little mistake in the title cos it's not manual but auto)

here are the Eu2 maps:

Quit driving it with that NNN ECU untill it's not properly remapped for Eu2 cos it will not run as it should also it may kill the injectors.... or even better sell that NNN ECU cos they go for good price and get a suitable MSB which is cheaper and those are the best for Eu2 engines regardless of advertisings, there is a hardware difference too which IMO can't be 100% overridden with a remap

Interesting!

Like I said before I have the stock MSB and I plugged to read the Air Pressure and surprisingly it reads lower then the NNN mapped. 69 vs 75

I've also tried to record the live data but I'm not sure it went well, I've got a first record but the file looks empty and I cant upload here then when I tried again nanocom shutdown and it's not starting anymore with the Error: MAINEXEC.mex file not found perhaps it was a bad sdcard, I will try to update my nanocom to get it to start again.

Again, thank you for all your effort trying to help me out with this, it's really appreciated!

In this case seems that the AAP sensor is fubar... a good one must show very close to the manifold pressure at idle
And here is the cause of all my troubles!

And now I've not 90+ on ambient press, it drives much better also change gears better and drives past 3k rpm faster!
I'm having some difficulty to adjust the turbo pressure now, it never seems to pass beyond 1.05 on my nanocom but I'm getting there... after that I will experiment more with some maps I've got from a friend but things are looking better now!

Btw the battle against turbo pressure is now my new problem :D

I was at 18+ rods at 0.7 down to 8 rods at 1.10 and No overboost fault, that's pretty weird I think my wastegate is not working properly or maybe it's stuck.. will wait for the car to cool down to see it
