Very cleverUpdate done 700 miles in “THE GENERAL” chased a few diesel leaks all sorted now but the ‘mark one’ gear selector I made as a feasibility study to see if it could be done worked a treat but as I built it without seals it leaked (go figure) so made a new oil tight version happy days on a foot note anybody no the boost psi on a standard 300 as mine is running 16PSI regards gatso
Yeah mine too off manifold at 16psi pulls like a train loves 3rd and 5 on motorway with the 1.2. Disco transfer box lot of gear changes around town but they are a “drivers car”Very clever
Absolutely thrashing mine to within an inch of its life, uphill, I can get 0.9 bar on my gauge. That's 13psi. Mine is taken off the back of the manifold.
Interesting. Yours is developing over 20% more boost than mine.Yeah mine too off manifold at 16psi pulls like a train loves 3rd and 5 on motorway with the 1.2. Disco transfer box lot of gear changes around town but they are a “drivers car”
Engine before rebuild inc turbo cam from a 50th anniversary edition disco wonder if they had a turbo tweek or po has been messing lolInteresting. Yours is developing over 20% more boost than mine.
