Rear Panel Removal

Guys,

How hard is it to get the rear panels off? The ones that go up either side of the rear door. I see it has screws down the inside edge but is there more to it than that?

Basically i want to mod them but it will be easier to do it if they was off the car

they have spot welds all the way up on the rear quarter panel.
you can't get to them on the car but you can get it off with a hacksaw blade running down the seam, it's not a structural part so when you put it back on you could bond it on.
