Rear boot amp & fuse box covers removal

Not sure if I'm being dumb, but i'm gonna ask.
I wanna remove the rear boot N/S amp / woofer cover from my 2004, TD6 Vogue and O/S fuse box cover, just to check all electrical connections, hence the water scare
Any tips on how to, I notice there are some black clips that turn and pull out are these any thing to do with the removal?
Are there any more hidden clips etc and is this an easy job for removal? or a quick tip?

Pillar covers need to come off in the rear boot space and on the rear passenger side so you can remove the panel.

And don't forget the little clips you mentioned about

It might sound silly but make sure the seat is folded out of the way too !
