Rear and brake light problem

Hi, ok I'm new here, hello. So my brake lights are on constantly when the headlights are on, windscreen wipers go slow if the headlights are on and the best bit is when the headlights are on and I indicate right the rear door opens!!! Hope you can help.

Have you recently changed the rear bulbs or fitted led bulbs?

What year is the car?
But as Hippo said. If you've changed your tail light bulbs recently, then one is faulty.
