A slightly better change of plan as we are getting our new richards chassis on sunday through a different supplier so looks like we will be busy over christmas

Friday son andy replaced the rusty tub side cappings, yesterday i spent the day making up chassis to tub plates for when bolting the tub onto the chassis and today andy has gone to collect our new chassis

Right i have mastered the art of posting pic's on the land rover uk forum ( readers restorations ) but for some reason i can't post pic's on here so if any of you want to look please help yourself whilst i try and sort it out on here

Not managed to sort pic's out yet but will once i get chance, anyway yesterday we turned the chassis round and rested it on blocks ready for fitting the axles at the weekend

Right some more pics of the old chassis being stripped ready for the replacement chassis going in its place starting with putting the engine on the bench out of the way and to sort out the newly fitted bearmac water pump water leak ( gasket )
