Not much to report just dug out a few old bits n bobs not being re-fitted but just to jog my memory for more stuff to order, making plans to buy the paint and start rubbing everything down ready for spraying and fitting in the next few weeks

Been rubbing some of the bodywork down today ready for spraying in a few weeks time, still need to do the roof, roof sides and seat box yet as they need washing off first with being stored outside, will post pic's on Monday when I've done them all

Its great when the weather is nice and you can get stuff done it gave me a the chance to wash the 2a's roof down as well as the roof sides and screen then give the roof and sides a light rub down but yet again i forgot to take pic's, the sun must have got to me so i promise i will post some tomorrow.

Well I managed to order all the paint and stuff to spray the 2a in a couple of weeks time providing I can get the time off as we are spraying everything off the car so will need time fitting it all afterwards once its all dry, I've ordered all the body seals inc a new safari door but not the door seals as I will have to get them next payday as with a few other bit's n bob's

Well all the paint and stuff has arrived inc my new safari rear door so once my holidays have been accepted at work I can then get everything ready for spraying

Well it was such a nice day yesterday me and son decided on trying the new spray gun out on the bonnet as this bonnet isn't being used then he had the bug and we ended up spraying everything, still got to get the front door half's yet but at least most of its done

No just the garage with all the doors open.

Yeah when my dad use to do his spraying in his garage he had all the doors closed and just used them mouth/nose masks and the garage was full of spray mist, with mine we had all the doors open less mist.

I'm going to tread plate the inside of the tub later just need to buy some tub seatbelt brackets as the tub to floor fixing bolts snapped when I was undoing them

Fitted the Capping's earlier today, sadly we ended up spraying them Silver due to there not being any series capping's available yes there was the odd capping here and there but from different suppliers and didn't want to get different galvanising finisher's, I could have got them galvanised but that would have put me back a bit so with the capping's them self's being in good nick just heavily faded we decided on spraying them, anyway here's the pic's
