Correct, there are no changes necessary to fit. Just remove the old unit, swop gauges and refit.
If you haven't already done so, I suggest you fit the Raptor binnacle mount at the same time. Your old one is going to be ready to fall apart (if it hasn't already done so) and it is only doing half a job to replace the binnacle on its own.
