Interested to hear any feedback and photos that anyone has on the raptor dash consoles they have fitted?
My flip up style radio has just packed & it’s under warranty so Amazon have just refunded me.
So I’m now thinking about fitting a double din style radio.
I’ve seen Mud Stuff have just released a double din style dash now for a TD5 (which I own, 2005 model). But I’ve just seen the raptor dash and think it looks cracking.
It does say it’s designed for previous models but I read on a forum that with a bit of playing around it’ll fit in a TD5, anyone managed to do this? Or have any photos or advice?

I have the raptor and love it but this is an old 1985 110.

It's easy to fit, lovely and strong, and the design allows you to customise everything. The ali panels come off and you can cut into them without much fuss. Or if you know what you want, get them to do it.

Also the service is very good, I have purchased things from them and had to get a replacement (YEARS LATER) and wasn't even questioned.

I would call the guys and ask, I would trust their answers.

i have their binicle and mount - solid stuff would buy again.

looking at dash mounts also to tidy things up in the cab and looking at the mudstuff - im refusing to pay that for a bit of moulded plastic..... at least hte raptor is solid.

Can't comment on TD5 dash and double DIN but the Raptor console (and their other products) are well thought out and top quality.
I have the console, binnacle & binnacle mount on my 1986 90 and they are excellent.

As yours is the facelift model you need the plate not the kit as below.

I spoke to Raptor and they said I’ll need the same as you’ve got there Bankz.
So I’ve ordered the TD5 Fascia & dash mount in silver. I liked the idea of the other dashes where you could customise them to add in what switches you wanted (such as ejector seat & rockets) but they said it wouldn’t fit and they won’t make a TD5 customised so I could use some of the blank switches.
I ordered the Mud double din JVC radio & dash as it was on special offer, but think I’ll send it back if this raptor is that good!

I ordered it an hour ago & they’ve already texted to say it’ll be here by tomorrow, now that is good service!

MUD console looks more 'stock' but the Raptor is a better product /tougher in my opinion, I would have gone that way if I wanted a more rugged look.

Quite true. I had to beg them for about 6 months to custom cut my dash!
