Radio in a 05 Range Rover Sport

Hi good morning. Can anyone tell me if its normal to have white light backing as apposed to green on my radio which is a replacement in my 05 RR Sport. In addition, can button lights that no longer work be easily fixed?

Most Landrovers before about 2010 always had green lights I thought? The new D4s and Rangerovers have moved to white lights I think tho?

Would a 2010 radio fit in a 05 RR Sport?
And do you know if the buttons lights can be fixed?
