R380 D2 reverse gear

Hi all,
Having trouble sleevting reverse gear in my disco, with the engine off, reverse selects fine.

It's got an LOF extreme spec fitted, all gears were horrible to select u til it bed in. Now it has bed in the reverse is still reluctant. I've read bits and bobs about adjusting the selector top.
Can anyone advise?

What oil are you running? ATF or MTF94? If ATF try it on the MTF as it can improve gear selection.
