Quick 200tdi => series 3 question

Just a quick one, I'm trying to prepare everything I possibly can to get the conversion in and done as quick as possible......

Cooling system, can I use disco top and bottom hose, if not does anything else fit, if not what size hose do I need and can anyone recommend any suppliers? I'm using disco 200tdi rad mounted in the series with the intercooler bit cut out of the frame and shortened accordingly...

Also going to need intercooler hoses, disco ones definitely won't fit I know, again, anyone know the diameter and any recommended suppliers?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I did search and came up with bugger all

E bay for the silicone hoses 2 inch 51mm inside diameter,
Then use 2 inch exhaust steel pipe to join the hoses together can be very neat if some thought used.
If using disco rad and engine i cant see why the hoses wont fit with some tweaking.
