I'm heading for Glencoe for a few days, probably with an overnighter in The Lake District.
Really looking forward to it.
It'll be interesting to work out the fuel consumption too, I'm guessing around 30/32 mpg.

Nice one, I'll be a couple of miles from there on loch Leven when we go camping next month:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:

Fuel will be there or thereabouts I would have thought;)

They are 7.62mm blanks - check the small cap at the bottom end (wide end) and see if it is smooth or has a small dent in the bottom. If the latter then fine but if not I can get rid of them for you.

As for the blanks, they have all been fired, they all have small dents in them.

I would love to get a 90 soft top! but would probably get sunburnt all the time.

It shouldn't be long now!
Most of the exterior is done, including the roll cage, just got to finish tidying up the interior.
I'll probably not paint inside the thing as I want it to look like it's been somewhere & done some work. It needs to retain a bit of it's history.

I have a slight issue that is puzzling me.
I want to open a thread in the 'Wanted' section as I need a small part, but for some reason I am unable to!
Any thoughts as to why?
I assume you have to have a certain number of posts to sell anything, is it the same if I'm hoping to buy something?
This is probably not the place to post this so apologies for that.

From what I understand buying/selling had to come under the same rules, so you need the set number of posts before you can do either:D:D
Otherwise we'd end up wiv loads of noobs "WANTED............ buyer for all my tatt":rolleyes::eek::p:p
