P38A Problematic window switches

So, both left hand windows will go down on the switch but neither of them will lift up off the switch. I have to use Nanocom for that.

Any idea what would cause that? Obviously something with the switches.. But seems too coincidental that's its just the two left windows and only for going back up?

Will the rear left door window operate from the door switch?
@RisforRacingnotReverse had this and swapped out his switch pack, cured his window issues.

Probably is switch pack. My rear door goes down with switch pack but have to use door switch to wind up. Whilst it is just the one I try not to use rear window and will get round to looking at switch pack later

It is possible to repair switch pack but I found it a right footer and threw it in the bin and bought a new one

I've just repaired it. Probably should have done all of them but I'm in a hurry to get it back together and off to MOT that I just sorted the two problematic ones. All happy once again!

You cheeky git! I did it myself! The old man said it couldn't be that both switch died at the same time, but hey, I'm just a guy with 4 working windows so what do I know? ‍
