I have used LandRoverwinkel.nl from Holland, they had some bad press years ago but I had their latest o/h kit with the cylinder and have had no problems.
Fast postage as well

I use symliseP38 on Ebay for the compressor and valve block.

Always change the cylinder and seal. Never just the seal.
Please don't use symlise, use autoshelleys black o-rings for valveblock

I meant the valve block kit. Must have both - or did.
