Looks proper dodgy that, galvy anorl.
I cant think of a valid reason to break one that tidy up.Yes very. Tub looks tidy and lined.
Very strange to shove a chassis worth proper money in a hedge
Not been there long by the looks of it.
Has it been put onto LandyWatch ?
Hard to say. Seems to be a piece of sheeting on the front of it, as if they are trying to protect it from weather. And a bit hard to understand why someone would go to the trouble of stealing it just to chuck it in a hedge. It may have been helpful if the chap who posted it was a bit more specific about location. Cornwall is quite a big place. Wonder if he looked for, and recorded, a number off the chassis?
Quite possible, but people do stamp them themselves.Probably won't have a number being galv

All that I know that have fitted them stamp up the original number on the chassis. Saves awkward questions if you get pulled! It's actually a good argument for self stamping beyond vague chassis replacement regs.

Any developments on this?
Where is it would make me a good off-roader ?
While you are at it, good idea to stamp the number in other places as well that may be overlooked by a thief. Especially if you can stamp it somewhere that would be hard to get an angle grinder to it. You need not stamp another VIN number either... stamp in another shorter number that only you will know such as your initials, date of birth etc.All that I know that have fitted them stamp up the original number on the chassis.
