Looking at the tyres on the Disco, and the mud all over it, I would guess they were doing surface damage as well as off piste.

I'm fairly sure there are probably others, but that was the one I came upon.

There is no obligation to have signs. There is a legal obligation on users to inform themselves of the nature of a right of way by use of the Definitive Map.
