Hi. We’re on holiday in France and today the landy started to play up. It feels like fuel starvation. Starts and drives fine but traits to judder at 50 in 5th and won’t get past 60 mph. No smoke... I changed all filters and oil 2 weeks ago. Any ideas? Had new injectors and harness 20k ago.
Any pointers would be good. I’m our in the sticks with a basic tool kit but anything’s possible

Yes low speed is fine full throttle. Just tried Marconi reset. Disconnect battery.... and the Maf... no difference. Is it in limp mode?

In Dordogne for another week. I’ll try to get some solvent cleaner.... everything here shut on Sundays. Will check the waste gate too.
Cheers

Yes mate, you need to get under the boot carpet. There's a small hatch with about 10 screws. Undo and remove then you'll see the top of the pump in the tank. Secured by locking ring. Electrical connector on top, multimeter if you've got one see if you've got 12 volts going to it. If you've got power going to it but can't hear it priming or running then it's duff mate

Edit sorry is it discovery or defender? If defender ignore boot carpet and hatch, think you have to drop the tank instead

Defender. Bust found the middle yellow fuse blown under the drivers seat and the relay has a broken spring. I’ll try a repair with a freezer bay tie....
