Sorry I couldn't actually help .. I didn't get the texts until afterwards! Some mobiles simply aren't working 'cos the repeater masts have also been affected, so we've been told.
Local Phone exchange has had 'Metal Thefts' and our village and a few surrounding haven't had phones or broadbands for over a week now, ish ..
We've also got a bit of localised flooding which hasn't helped ... so by way of compensation I offer the following video of me driving through the local 'Road Blocked' .. interesting 'cos there's a car floating some way in to it .. and the water is over the bonnet of the Disco .. thank god the snorkel and breathers work well !!! 'scuse the music and the vid, taken on mobile so not much good!
All this done over the local Mcdonalds free wifi ...

After watching that, I may have to buy a snorkel for my 90. If I encountered water like that, I'd be done for.

Nope, about 1/2 inch above the carpet .. and I thought the door seal was nackered!
