the video on my phone has sound so if i take a video it will have the sound of the engine on it too

Have you checked the camshaft bearings? These are easily damaged when you remove the camshaft. Have you checked the tappet slides and rollers, and if so did you replace them in the same order they came out? this is important, as they can wear unevenly. Another thing to check could be the tappet guides.
