P38 V8 Vs disco v8 reliability?

My l322 needs a few bits sorting so I'm contemplating getting another tow barge to rotate as and when it breaks.
It might prove to be financial suicide but which one is the least unreliable (easiest to live with) out of the. P38 or disco 2? Both would be V8 and auto.

How about the rest of it?
I will probably look for one on coil springs

As a rule of thumb less extras = less trouble.
