P38 v8 Petrol Overheating

A mate from many years ago had repeat problems with his Triumph Stag 3,5 head gaskets so he eventually Araldited them, stopped them from blowing and he did a 3k trip to the South of France without a problem.God help the poor sod who bought it from him if they ever had to do any work on the engine:eek:

We once used the green type which was for the boilers at the pit. That head never budged or leaked until the day the car was scrapped. This job was done on North Yorks moors on way to Whitby for a fishing trip.
 
thanks for all the help, but the car has now been scrapped, well sold it to my son who will dismantle it and sell the parts

We've got quite a club on here "the defying medical science club" , other esteemed members off hand are @Rubberknees @Jon Dor and @mozz smith to name a few,I'm sure there are more and hopefully the club won't get bigger too soon.;):eek::D
