...the very anonymous endeleus!!!

didn't particularly mean to be anonymous, I found this site from Google whilst looking for places to buy a fuel pump for my P38, at around the same time I found said fuel pump on the website in question.

Still not convinced whether to try fitting it myself or not.. seems a ball-ache to drop the tank and too risky to attempt cutting a hatch on my own, so may just book it in to the garage after all.

I still reckon that I would give P38 Spares a go based on the balance of feedback on here though, if I decide to press ahead and try fixing the car myself.

I've just been sad enough to check their ebay feedback to see what all the fuss is about, they have over 8,300 left for them, 2494 in the last 12months and only 1 neg from some Turk,

"and some times we as a company **** up all we can do is hand in the air admit it, learn from our mistake and get on with it!"

GET A ****ING LIFE!!!

Im glad you realize your sad.......

1st point
he hasent learned from his mistake he fails to acknowledge he is in the wrong. THIS IS THE POINT.

2nd point
i did leave neg feedback but he had it deleted by ebay, if he has had it done to me im sure he has had it done to more people. dont believe me???? here's the email...................

Hello,

Andy here, thanks for all the positive comments, we do try in spite of some people's opinions. P38 Ireland, I have not been on here responding to every post you have made as I have put my point across in the best manner I can, I can see where the confusion lies from as your transaction states;

09 AUG 2010 PAYPAL *A NICKLESS *******9001 €33.29
11 AUG 2010 P38SPARES *******6566 €75.16

I do not know who A Nickless is but it is not me, as I have said both your payments arrived to me on the same day, one via paypal and one via CC, I have no wish to endlessley exchange comments with you and bear you no ill will.

I do not log on here every day but do check from time to time.

As I have said thank you all for your comments, I read them all and do take them on board as I do care about customer service but sometimes dispite my best intentions things do not go quite to my customers expectations, but as one of the posters said the vast majority of my customers are happy and return to me time after time, as for the rest I hope that you enjoy your Rangys!

cheers

Andy

oh so cos you say so i should believe you? oh gosh who ever could it be? those 2 transactions are the only ones i made that week.

i think ill wait for 2 1/2 more days for a reply that suites you! :pop2:
I think you have made your point,we can all see that. There is a time to shut up and get on,I think now is that time.

Agreed.

For whatever reason, P38 Ireland has had an unhappy experience with P38 Spares; others have not.

We don't live in a perfect world no matter how much we would all like to.

Pete

my reason is cos he is lying to me and yous in paint text on the website if you were in the same position you would feel as strongly as i would.

This should be on tv. beter than the soaps. thought women were good at moaning...please do carry on, im enjoying it. dont give a monkeys where i get my parts from, the cheeper the better, must be a bit of scott in me . look after the pennies an all that . :)

Valve block O rings. £19.99.

Both lists OEM parts. That is why i don't have trouble with P38 spares, i do a proper search and buy good bits as cheap as i can. I have always had excellent service from the people i deal with a couple of problems yes but nothing worthy of mention. You have to shop around to get the best deal. Many companies have glitches from time to time with the volume of trade it is understandable. No one is persfect not even me.:D:D:D
