I haven't got a cupholder lid at all and looking on fleabay that's nearly the price of a whole cover.. genuine part I suppose though. It is a genuine part.. I didn't think it was bad..
So now I'm curious..I haven't got a cupholder lid at all and looking on fleabay that's nearly the price of a whole cover.. genuine part I suppose though.
So now I'm curious..
Looking at all the centre cubby lids around, everyone else's seem to be padded and have cupholders. Mine is just a hard top lid with a vinyl covering. Have I got the bargain basement option one..?? (Sorry to hijack the thread, but seemed a good chance to ask.)
Guess we've got the "L"s and not the "Ghia's" on these then..No cupholders on base model. Mine's a DT from '95 and I just have a plastic box for a cubby hole. Only option is to replace the lot from a scrapper but frankly I don't think it is worth the bother.
What year and model is yours @Bagshot?So now I'm curious..

Hi,What year and model is yours @Bagshot?
I've a 1996 (no model listed on it) with the simple cubby lid and no cup jobbies but my 99 DHSE has the padded cup jobbies!!
Mmm. Like the sound of the leather option. Leather plus padding = new cubby lid..!!I found it was best to buy the whole consul and fit the whole thing in, and it was a lot cheaper doing that as well, to match the interior, I got a bit of leather, dyed it, and stuck it on the lid, its look very nice
Hi,
'97 DSE Manual.. be interested to know what should be in it.
Hi,
'97 DSE Manual.. be interested to know what should be in it.
the H' stands for cup "housing"!Mine is a 97 DSE manual as well it has cream leather, black leather look centre consul with out cup holders manual seats full Harman Karnden six cd auto changer with amp and subwoofer and sunroof.
Mine seems to be much the same, except for leccy seats here.Mine is a 97 DSE manual as well it has cream leather, black leather look centre consul with out cup holders manual seats full Harman Karnden six cd auto changer with amp and subwoofer and sunroof.
I had side steps...I bent them off roading... So they got slung.. and it got lighter!! The cup holders are useless as it goes, you ain't missing anything honestly... mobile phone is the best satnav I think!!Mine seems to be much the same, except for leccy seats here.
Black leather seats, black carpets, (suppose it should be called charcoal", but everything else black plastic. No satnav, no self dipping/ dimming mirrors, no mudguards or sidesteps.
Don't feel so bad, or robbed, after all... thanks for that Cheers
