P38 mileage

Hi,

Does anyone have a list of the various locations that the mileage is stored on a P38? I wouldn't want to replace a component and suddenly find my mileage has doubled!

I believe that it is stored in both the BECM and the dashboard. If you change either component, the system will check the 2 values and always display the higher one.

Something to do with making clocking more difficult, if anything you could push your mileage up rather than down.

I'm sure there are some more knowledgeable peeps out there who will jump on me if I'm wrong.
