If you use the key, do you not have to use the EKA code? If the FOB unlocks the car, then the FOB battery is OK, in fact a low battery in the FOB produces a warning message "Replace FOB battery" or some such on the message centre. Low starter battery can cause strange things, but most likely it's due to wet electrics round the BECM.

110psi is more than enough, pressure in the air springs is not much over 60psi at normal height.

Sorry, wasn't clear. I meant I pumped it up using my compressor in the workshop. The compressor on the car won't pump it above about 30!!

I wasn't clear either, I meant that 110psi from your workshop compressor was more than enough to raise the car, the airbags only need about 60psi at normal height.

Only time a bag will get anything like 110 PSI in it will be the rear ones with a ton of flags in the back. If you have inflated them to wade height or above drop the pressure to around 60 PSI as Keith suggests.

Bags are only rated to about 100psi. 60 -80 psi to lift.

Swapped out the diaphragm seal and it's sorted it, didn't even need a new compressor in the end so thanks for the help. I did, whilst waiting fit an online valve to the pipe that goes to the tank and bought a tyre inflater with the self level relay out at night. This proved that my suspension didn't have a leak also, as after 5 days of being sat there it stayed up even in all corners.
However...
Its not a big issue just annoying. With that sorted I went back to leaving it with relay in. But for some reason it decides to lower itself. As soon as I shut the door it does it thing. Sometimes overnight it stays up but does a little jig in the morning. Other times it's right down (still air in tank so raises straight away)

Every so many hours the car does a self level check and will lower to the lowest corner. That's nothing to worry about especially if on uneven ground

That is quite normal.
