Hi gang , can anyone tell me ifyou can get a new fob chip , or not , or is anyone on here a wiz with fixing them , ive just taken my friends one apart to change the battery only to find , it looks like someones being doing some soldering with a flame thrower ,

You can only get new aftermarket cases, if you need a new fob they only come from huff in Germany through landrover main agent.
 
I was trying to remember who I had see that repaired them , I believe he comes on here as well.
just checked he is a member on here.
 
Thanks for the kind words guys. I am still fixing plenty of these and will hopefully be offering a replacement key service this year.
