Do not use a secondhand cooler - the crudd that collects in it will transfer to your gearbox and cause havoc (clean ATF has a detergent effect and washes it loose) - see Ashcroft Transmissions website.

new ones are cheap.

I know this is a wanted thread, but the fluid is getting changed soon anyway, I tried ashcroft but it's not something they stock, thanks anyway.
