p38 diagnostics

hi all

has anyone in north kent got the diagnostics for my p38 airbag light its a 95 early one as far as i know battery was changed to late and light came on,,have checked and cleaned all other poss causes and seems good but as not on road yet cant get to landrover dealer as nearest is maidstone or canterbury,and im in sittingbourne,if anyone could help much appreciated and will cross palm with silver
