Sorry crossed wires there, yes no sign, i was also looking for signs of a weld in the header tank, unless they welded it to the matrix then dropped tank on top, no doubt we will find out in due course,
if rad is ok it looks very good for the price compared to the plastic top one.

There is no sign of the baffle on the header of my metal one, I assume it's attached to the lower frame, it has to let water past at the top for bleeding purposes which is done by the moulding on the plastic RAD.

The rad is spot on very happy with it . Only thing I'd say to any one fitting one change the hose spring clamps to jubilee clips as the spring clips allow the pipes to seep coolant

Yes they are fitted with a baffle and its evident when the rad starts to warm up
