I just bought a set from a chap on a facebook 38 forum.

I joined his group and got a discount so the whole lot for 37 quid delivered :)

They should be here by the weekend by all accounts.

So, now I'll "have" to get round to servicing that spare EAS valve block... I already started on the pump.

No one up here does them, not even the local indie guru so looks like I might have to learn how to turn them around quick style. I know how to do the bags & lines along with the actual block servicing. It's the calibrating I need to learn. But was speaking with my mate who runs the garage I use and suggested we could offer an EAS service for people with problems. It's not exactly rocket science o_O

You need diag. Quicker with 2 people. I stuck her on high, put the blocks in (inside the bump stops), set her to go to access height, took photo of the readings when she hit the blocks, back up to extended. Repeat for each height setting. Programs the actuals from each height in as the targets. Job done.

I have software on my laptop for resetting. I didn't have the blocks before though...

So when you say inside the bump stops, do I remove them and place the blocks in the holes?

Sorry for sounding fik, but I haven't done this before...

The rods (which should be 30mm diameter) push into the holes in the centre of the bump stops until they touch the metal

Ahh, ok I get it. I'm hoping to see my set soon so I can try them. I'll take photo's when it's all going on ;)

Proper dimensions and overall lengths for each height setting front and rear are listed in my EAS how to in tech archives.
