P38 bottom pulley tool

Hi I am going to replace the cam on my P38 4.6 1999 in the near future, would any of you know if Landrover crank pulley holding tool number LR 12-80 which the manual recommends also fits the 200 and 300 Diesel engines ?.

Can you pull the starter out and jam the flywheel?

I could but it’s a PITA ,I can find the Crank pulley holding tool LRT 12 080 which LR suggest useing but it lists its suitable for the 200,300 and some other models I’m just trying to check I’m looking at the right thing .

Thanks I did see that tool on e bay yesterday and messaged them asking if they would confirm it’s suitable and they replied a little while ago that it was so I’ll order it .
